Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Juan Luna Street corner Juan dela Cruz Street, Davao City

Job Qualification and Description:

1. Run errands on transactions/processes with the BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, CTO, 
Business Bureau, LTO, BFP, Notary Public, Bonding Companies and other 
Government & Private institutions. 
2. Do banking transactions 
3. Assist purchasing and other departments for pick-up of items/documents outside of office 
4. Transmit statements of account to renters 
5. Make collections from clients and /or renters as may be requested by the Finance 
Department 
6. Remit monthly payments for SSS, EC, PhilHealth & Pag-Ibig contributions, SSS & 
Pag-Ibig Loans; and Hospital Fund. 
7. Pay utility bills 
8. Does other tasks, as may be required

1. College graduate or minimum of two (2) years college 
2. Good communication skills and can work with minimum supervision 
3. Attentive to details and displays common sense 
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and negotiate schedules 
5. Driving skills and possession of driver’s license would be an advantage but not 

required. 

Highest Education Attainment:

At least Vocational Graduate
