Job Qualification and Description:

The Reports Analyst is responsible for assisting with the designing and developing metrics, reports and analyses to drive business decisions. It involves providing an association between raw data and management key performance metrics. This role serves as a program assistant to help with the coordination and administration of program reporting objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Acquire data from given sources as well as develop and implement collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality 
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets 
• Develop, modify, maintain, and support custom reports 
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting procedures 
• Assist with the proactive implementation of process improvements and quality assurance 
• Work closely with project manager and train users in the operations and scheduling of reports
• Prepare/Assist with reporting and publication of regularly scheduled reports 
o Monthly invoice 

o Management reports, including budget and revenue forecast 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
• At least 5 years’ experience as data/ reporting analyst 
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings 
• Advanced skill in MS Excel 
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in SQL 

• Successful candidate must be amenable to travel between Davao-Manila regularly
