Location: Milan Buhangin, Davao City

Job Qualification and Description:

Coordinates and prepares the signing of checks with the offices of the authorized signatories to ensure safety, confidentiality and timely payment to suppliers, agents and providers. - Prepares accurate weekly billings. -Update of the Excel Monitoring of Collections, either cash or check. -Issuance of Official Receipts to clients once checks deposited were reflected in the bank statement, -Accounts Receivable Clean Up -Preparation of Weekly Sales report. 

-Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar degree 
-Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. 
-Working experience in the related field is an advantage 
-Good interpersonal skills 
-Team Player. 

-Experience is an advantage

Highest Education Attainment:

College Graduate
