Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Davao City

Job Qualification and Description:

1. Works under direction of the Marketing director to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives; 
2. Assists the sales & marketing department by carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, relying heavily on computer knowledge and the ability to multi-task 
3. Work hand in hand with the Marketing Manger to complete a variety of tasks. Marketing Staff are responsible for completing initiatives on time, keeping track of the dates and deadlines associated with marketing initiatives, and generally anything else the immediate supervisor designates to them 
4. Maintain hard copies and electronic filing systems, keep client information confidential 
5. Provide excellent customer service 
6. Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product booklets; 
7. Coordinate marketing employee meetings and conferences. 
8. Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory 
9. Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing material; assisting with promotional activities 
10. Helping to organize market research 
11. Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature; prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages 
12. Forwards samples, arranging shipment, notifying customer

Degree in Food Technology, Marketing, Business Administration or related field 
Experienced in Marketing is a plus 
Preferably female 

Working conditions : Office Environment; some travel and field work required

Highest Education Attainment:

College Graduate
