Job Qualification and Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel seeks to employ a Receptionist,The function of a receptionist is to have a positive and outgoing personality To look smart and presentable at all times, including always wearing a smile the desire to work independently as well as part of a team To be a quick and eager learner to be highly organised with exceptional customer service skills to have a driven, can-do attitude, always on the front foot to demonstrate a passion for hospitality and high-end hotels organised with the ability to multi-task flexibility and problem solving a confident communicator- with both guests and the rest of the team. 

Proven Hospitality experience, min. 1 year experience in a 3/5* hotel 
Proven Front of House experience with outstanding customer service skills 

Evenings, weekend and bank holidays regularly required

Highest Education Attainment:

College Graduate/College Level/Vocational
