• In-charge of Recruitment process 
• Safekeeping of all 201 files of employees 
• Compensation and Benefits of Employees 
• Document Control in-charge for ISO 
• Facilitates training for newly hired and other training 
• Employee relations 
• Graduate of 4-year course preferably Psychology, Human Resources Management, and the like
• With at-least 2 years experience working in Human Resources

College Graduate
