Job Qualification and Description:

***Take an inbound call for Australian businesses
***Get their correct name, company name, reason of the call and contact details
***Pass the call to the technician with all the details you were able to collect because it is their duty to solve the customer's concern, not yours.
**Create a service ticket if only necessary, not all the time.
As easy as 1,2,3...NO SALES ACCOUNT

-We require the applicants who already have a proper call center/BPO experience to be able to do this job.
-We want a punctual employee
-No attitude problem,not so sensitive, as much as possible open-minded
-Willing to learn and to be trained.
-We only have day-shift schedule and weekends off fixed
