Job Qualification and Description:


We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being helpful and positive presence in the workplace. 

Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, client meetings, 
and client consultation 
Attend meeting and keep minutes 
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate 
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, 
packages, etc.) 
Make travel arrangements for executives 
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure 
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping and 
payment collection 
Monitor office supplies 
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily 
accessible 
Conduct research and prepare presentations or report as assigned 

Handle company monthly bills and petty cash

Office Secretary Requirements: 
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in 
Finance/Accountancy, Business or any related field. 
1-3 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Office Secretary or Administrative 
Assistant or any equivalent 
Required language(s): English and Filipino 
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint 
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance – General/Cost 
Accounting or equivalent 
Able to work independently 
Great interpersonal skills, team player 
Self-driven and possess positive attitude to learn 
Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications 
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills 
Very good English communication skills 
Proactive and attention to detail 

Poise, presence, and professionalism

Highest Education Attainment:


College Graduate
