Job Qualification and Description:

General Accountant (CPA) is responsible for supervising the functions and activities of the General Accounting to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards, company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of General Ledger and preparation of financial reports for internal use in the company. Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and statutory financial reports.

• Working with HR Manager & CEO on annual budget analysis and forecast.
• Reconcile bank balances, general ledger accounts and recorded general ledger entries.
• Provide analysis and footnotes for the expense portion of monthly financial statements presented to the CEO.
• Reduce labor cost and minimized expenses by accurate audit process while identifying problems and finding solutions.
• Draft and enforce accounting policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine Law for all departmental budgeting.
• Preparing time keeping, payroll, timely payment and posting of government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF. Etc.).
• Managed payables for our companies that received a rebate for early payments.
• Create spreadsheets and reports for budgeting, cost allocating and expense tracking.

• Prepare and analyze monthly reports to help maintain inventory control.

• Graduated in BS Accountancy or equivalent is a must
• Candidate must be Professional License (Certified Public Accountant) in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Supervisors and up experienced employee specialized in Finance, General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• With knowledge and experience of Input VAT Law and Withholding Tax.
• Must be knowledgeable with rules and regulations of BIR.
• With substantial experience in handling BIR, SEC and Business Bureau related transactions is an advantage.

• Must have in-depth knowledge in Budgeting and Financial Statements preparation and analysis
