Location: Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City

Job Qualification and Description:

– A Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business or any related field
– At least One (1) year experience in production
– Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft word and excel
– Process oriented
– Keen to details and is able to work under pressure
– Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication
– Punctual and able to meet deadlines and quotas
– Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
– Ability to analyze and solve problems.
– Ability to work with others collaboratively.
– Strong organizational skills.

– Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure demand and the production schedule are met.
– assist in planning, organizing and recommend strategies in ensuring that products are developed successfully in accordance with all specifications
– Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Production Supervisor
– Resolve production minimal problems and trouble shooting
– Facilitating team participation
– Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System
– Follow detailed instructions, processes and procedures

– Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions and sustain 5s activities.

College Graduate
