We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. You’ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results.

Job Qualification and Description:


End to end Branch Operational Functions

·         Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
·         Ensures accurate and timely daily reporting of sales, product dispensing and handles x- Send weekly reports on branch consumables to make sure all available stocks are properly accounted and replenished.
·         Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
·         Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
·         Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
·         Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office.
·         Maintain various files pertaining to accident reports, schedules, consultations, and consent form.
·         Adhering to high ethical and professional standard.

Cash Handling

·         Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. Usually involves the use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
·         Maintain control of all cash and check receipts.
·         Balance out cash received against receipts
·         Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
·         Issue receipts

Sales

·         Acts as reseller and dispenses clinic products.
·         Handles redemption of x-deals and coupons
·         Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
·         Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
·         Developing and implementing sales plans
·         Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
·         Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
·         Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community

Customer Service and Upselling

·         Ensures all VIPs/Celebrities are well attended and contracts are safely kept and maintained.
·         Recommend skincare products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams
·         Actively sell skincare products, such as cleansers, lotions, and creams.
·         Maintain various files pertaining to accident reports, schedules, consultations, and consent form.
·         Where necessary, inform relevant staff of visitors’ arrivals and/or cancellations of appointments
·         Copy, file, and maintain paper or records and electronic documents of visitors
·         Answer phone calls and inquiries from customers.
·         Arranging schedule for consultations, cosmetic procedures, dermatological services.
·         Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
·         Resolving customer problems as needed
·         Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for this industry

OTHER DUTIES:

·         Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Bachelors Degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or any related course

Related Field or the Equivalent Work Experience
